The document shows that the exempted products are applicable to electronic products entering the United States after April 5th, and refunds can be sought for "equivalent tariffs" already paid.

According to reference sources, this tariff exemption applies to all countries affected by Trump's "equivalent tariffs".

Based on current US announcements and official media reports, before Trump and US customs update their tariff policies, it can be concluded that China is included in the scope of this tariff exemption, and tariffs on related goods such as semiconductors have been exempted.

The People's Daily reported that this measure may to some extent alleviate the price pressure faced by American consumers, while also benefiting electronics giants including Apple and Samsung Electronics.
